Customer Success Representative

We are looking for a relationship-oriented and sales-focused Customer Success Representative for our K-12 Sweden market. You will act as both the day-to-day face of Inspera for our customers, as well as a customer advocate within Inspera. In this role, you are responsible for for maintaining, engaging, growing and retaining Inspera Assessment accounts in the Swedish K-12 market.

To succeed in this role, you will need to become an Inspera product expert so you can speak, and teach, intelligently on the value and usage of each part of the Inspera Assessment solution.

You will be part of a winning team that is improving teaching and learning in Education. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.


Job responsibilities

As a customer success representative your responsibilities will be to:

  • own the ultimate success of Inspera’s customers, including customer onboarding, project success, retention, growth and renewal
  • drive seamless onboarding processes and work cross-functionally with our Support Team to proactively manage each customer’s successful deployment
  • review customer usage metrics on a regular basis to identify problem areas and opportunities for improving engagement at specific customers
  • act as an escalation point for both the customer and internal teams across Sales,Technical Support, Project Management and Billing & Collections
  • ensure customer feedback is clearly captured internally in CRM system and conveyed to sales director
  • conduct quarterly reviews with customers to better understand customer goals and to explain platform usage and provide suggestions for improving adoption
  • manage the customer expectations for renewal and provide the information to the finance team for billing the customer
  • attend and participate in regular sales team meetings
  • support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events
