At Inspera is hiring we're looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

Full-time · London or Remote (UK)

About you

As  Project Manager the primary work tasks will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manage projects in accordance with the Inspera Enterprise Project methodology, and apply other relevant industry best practices when appropriate
  • Develop relevant project documentation inline with the Inspera Enterprise project methodology
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with external customers and Internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for working with Development teams to create realistic project plans and timelines, track and monitor progress of plans
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Identification and mitigation of risks and issues associated with the project
  • Coordinates Internal and external teams to ensure the project deliverables are met.
  • Communicates project status across all stakeholders
  • Maintains a high level of commercial awareness to ensure all projects are continually aligned to agreed specifications and identifying where additional funds may be required
  • Develops a sound awareness of the project deliverables
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills & Experience Required

  • Project management qualification or 5+ years experience in managing large and technologically complex projects to end customers is preferred.
  • Experience in working with (or in) academic institutions is preferred
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing a complex stakeholder environments
  • Experience of project management tools e.g. MSP
  • Understanding of different development methodologies including Agile, Waterfall
  • Experience using Atlassian Confluence and Jira would be an advantage
  • Passion, drive, energy, a sense of humour and a positive attitude are always a plus.

You will be working in a fast paced and diverse team of expert sales consultants, designers, project managers, assessment researchers, data scientists and engineers based at Inspera’s offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Aarhus and Timisoara.

Travel requirements

The main working location is our central London office, with the option to work from home as required. You should also estimate up to 30 travelling days a year for trips to other Inspera offices and for conferences and on site presentations to customers (Covid-19 permitting).

Please note, you must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom if offered this role. We are not able to sponsor a work visa or similar. Proof of your entitlement to live and work in the UK will be required prior to any offer being made.
